Antrim Borough Council in partnership with Carrickfergus, Ballymena, Ballymoney, Larne and Moyle Councils has received funding through the European Sustainable Competitiveness Programme for Northern Ireland to deliver a two year programme of support to small businesses that require procurement development. Invest Northern Ireland is also part-funding the programme over the two years.
