The Procurement function is requires one Service Provider who can provide support across two work streams: - Procurement Consultancy – establish a procurement programme management capability and help drive cost efficiencies across our supply chain; providing additional sourcing, category and supplier management capacity to complement the existing Procurement team, providing support and advice whilst implementing new category and or sourcing strategies, identifying opportunities to reduce cost, increase value and drive in year benefits from new or existing contracts - Sourcing Services – implement a flexible procurement model to support the Procurement Category Management function meet the ongoing business demand and requirements, by providing sourcing services on behalf of Southern Water to support low value, tactical sourcing. ********PLEASE READ - TERMS AND CONDITIONS********** We do not require any acceptance of the proposed terms or any comments on the proposed terms at PQQ stage, however, to access the tender documentation, you must select the accept terms options.
