Process Mapping and Waiting Times

Tender description

The Trust would like to redevelop its waiting list management and internal reporting to support the implementation of the newly proposed waiting times standards announced by NHS England. The Trust also intends to implement a wider Patient Tracking List ("PTL") which will encompass all patients awaiting treatment, to enable visibility of the demand on services and minimise risk of delayed care and harm through reduced waiting times. A programme has been initiated which will include the development of an access policy, risk assessment governance and training. The Trust would therefore like support and subject matter expertise to develop process maps and standard operating procedures which will underpin use of its clinical records system and enable standardised care provision across care pathways.
