Tender description
4.1 PBNI and YJA now wish to appoint an experienced external consultant (client advisor) to provide strategic and technical advice, guidance and recommendations to PBNI and YJA on the identification, procurement, selection and implementation of an electronic case management system or systems. This project will be managed as a PRINCE 2 project subject to the OGC Gateway Review process. 4.2 The project is described in three Phases; Phase 1 Market Sounding and Requirements Gathering Phase 2 System Selection and Procurement Phase 3 System Implemention
