Tender description
1.1 Birmingham Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint a contractor who will be the primary supplier of printed stationery to the Trust. 1.2 The contract will include the design, printing, storage and delivery of printed stationery to the Trust. Deliveries must be packed and labelled as per individual department requirements. 1.3 The Trust requirements are divided into those currently held as “stock” and those currently ordered as “non-stock”. The contract is to provide a comprehensive stock management service, initially for current “stock” lines, but this may develop to include certain lines previously supplied as “non stock”. 1.4 The contract is for a two year period with an option to extend for a further year.
