Tender description

Introduction: Invitation to tender for a two year (one year + one year) project to print, fulfil and distribute the University of Ulster’s Alumni Relations Annual magazine - The Ulster Graduate on behalf of the Development and Alumni Relations Office. Background: The Alumni Relations office would like to change how we produce and distribute our annual magazine. To date this service has been provided by individual suppliers, however this year we would like to attempt to ‘bundle the services’ in order to produce a more cost effective publication. The purpose of the magazine is to promote the University to our external audience, to effectively engage with them in an interesting and visual way and of course to help ensure we keep in touch with them in the most appropriate manner throughout the year, therefore gathering up to date contact information via carrier sheets will be an important element.
