Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of Principal Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Services to assist the University in their delivery of the Greater Belfast Development (GBD) Project. The Greater Belfast Development comprises the development of approximately 86,700m2 of state of the art teaching, learning and research facilities and the refurbishment of approximately 6,000m2 of existing teaching and learning accommodation to create a world-class education institution in Belfast City Centre. The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Scope of Services and Contract as set out in the ITT Documentation.
