Tender description
Provision of Services for Kildare County Council (the Council) has received a Grant under Town Centre First funding from the Department of Rural and Community Development (DRCD) for the preparation of a Town Centre MasterPlan for Clane, Co. Kildare. Therefore the Council seeks the services of a suitably qualified Consultant to deliver a Town Centre Masterplan for Clane. The attention of applicants is also drawn to the document “Town Centre First a Policy Approach for Irish Towns” (TCFAPA) as issued for the Government by DRCD. All work on this Town Centre Masterplan for Clane must seek to comply with the DRCD conditions and objectives for the Grant and have due regard to TCFAPA.
