Tender description

TV Licensing is tendering for a roster of a maximum of six agencies to create a PR network. The agencies will offer excellent value for money in delivering a strategic programme of TV Licensing communications via press, stakeholder and social media at a specialist, regional level. The regions/nations are: • London and the South East • Midlands and East Anglia • Northern England • Wales and the South West • Scotland • Northern Ireland Servcies required include: • Media - proactive (regular story opportunities, print and broadcast) • Reactive (fast response) • Stakeholder relations (e.g. liaison with money advice or disability organisations) • Digital (Twitter and beyond) • Counsel . Crisis Management Please note that the estimated contract values stated in II.2.1 below and in each of the individual lots include the two possible contract extensions.
