PQL-MW Open To New Entrants 01- Pre-Qualified List of EOs-Building Contractors In March 2012 the Western, North Eastern, South Eastern and Southern Education & Library Boards (ELBs) sought PQQ submissions to allow the establishment of a Pre-Qualified List of Economic Operator (Building Contractors) for Minor Works projects (PQL-MW). This PQL-MW was duly established and came into existence in April 2012. When the PQL-MW was established it was proposed that for a period up to a maximum of 4no years it would be utilised by the ELBs and Contracting Authorities in other Education Sectors to pre-qualify Economic Operators for the delivery of Minor Works Projects, at the time it was established it was determined that every 3mths this PQL-MW would be opened to accept new applicants or for an existing applicant to apply to re-join with amended circumstances. The ‘PQL-MW Open To New Entrants 01’ is now open for Economic Operator (Building Contractors) to register and Express their interest to participate in this PQQ process to apply to join the PQL-MW. Economic Operators who have registered their interest via this PQQ will be able to download the PQQ documentation for completion from 01 June 2012 and shall be notified via e-Sourcing at that time that these attachments are available for downloading, the completed response should be submitted via e-sourcing before the time specified in the PQQ documentation on 02 July 2012. The attached Excel Spread sheet outlines which Economic Operators (Building Contractors) which are currently included on the PQL-MW in each ELB area and for which Cost Band. NOTE: Those Contractors who are currently included on the PQL-MW do not need to re-apply, unless the circumstances of their original application has changed and they wish to modify their listing.
