PQL-C Open To New Entrants 01 In April 2012 the Western, North Eastern, South Eastern and Southern Education & Library Boards (ELBs) sought PQQ submissions to allow the establishment of a Pre-Qualified List of Economic Operator for Consultant Services (PQL-C). This PQL-C was duly established and came into existence in May 2012. When the PQL-C was established it was proposed that for a period up to a maximum of 4no years it would be utilised by the ELBs and Contracting Authorities in other Education Sectors to pre-qualify Economic Operators for the provision of Construction Consultant services for the delivery of low value construction projects and other projects as may be identified by the Contracting Authorities subject to the value of the project remaining below Threshold. At the time it was established it was determined that every 3mths this PQL-C would be opened to accept new applicants or for an existing applicant to apply to re-join with amended circumstances. The ‘PQL-C Open To New Entrants 01’ is now open for Economic Operator for Consultant Services to register and express their interest to participate in this PQQ process to apply to join the PQL-C. Economic Operators who have registered their interest via this PQQ will be able to download the PQQ documentation for completion from 20 July 2012 and shall be notified via e-Sourcing at that time that these attachments are available for downloading, the completed response should be submitted via e-sourcing before the time specified in the PQQ documentation on 21 August 2012.
