TENDER OPPORTUNITY TENDER OPPORTUNITY FOR NICTS POSTAL SERVICES - PROJECT 4760 The Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) is inviting tenders from competent service providers to provide Postal Services. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate's e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
