Tender description
The Service is for the provision of a consultant team to manage the delivery of the Antrim Environmental Improvement Scheme. The project is an Environmental Improvement Scheme for Antrim town centre. Which will include: upgrading of paving, aligning of roadway to provide car parking and bus stops, installation of street lighting and street furniture, soft landscaping and provision of furniture. The estimated construction contract value, excluding VAT, is £1,500,000. The envisaged construction contract period is 6 months.
