Plant Maintenance Services of Road / Rail Excavators & associated eq

Translink wishes to acquire the services of a suitably qualified contractor to provided planned maintenance,breakdown cover and out of hours support for our plant assets which includes but is not limited to: — 2 No Komatsu PW140/7 road rail excavators including Rexquote rail conversion, — 2 No Windhoff AST 8 tamping heads, and — Rail attachments such as rail grabs, thimbles, tilt hitches and buckets. These works will invariably be located across Northern Ireland and in areas associated with rail, transport,infrastructure and consequently will be in safety critical infrastructure environments. The requirement of thiscontract is that all breakdown response times must be achieved within 3 hours and all maintenance staff mustbe Komatsu Factory trained, in addition to having been trained on Rexquote rail conversions of construction machinery.
