The Contracting Authority intends to engage a planning Consultant to provide a Planning Consultancy and site feasibility service at Key Stages in the delivery of social housing schemes in the Social Housing Development Programme social housing may also include Affordable Housing. The Key Stages of the services to be provided by the Planning Consultant are as follows: (a) Feasibility Stage (Key Stage 1) (b) Pre-Application Stage (Key Stage 2a) (c) Evaluation Stage (Key Stage 2b) (d) Post Submission Stage (Key Stage 3) (e) General Planning Advice (As and when required) Contract period: 2 years + 1+1
