Planned Maintenance Works at Clanmil Schemes 2015/16

The Project is for the provision of Planned Refurbishment Works at multiple Clanmil Housing Association schemes across Northern Ireland. Works are to include: • Door Replacement • Window Replacement • Window Servicing • Kitchen Replacement • Bathroom Refurbishment • Hard Landscaping The contract will be split into Lots. Lot 1: Kitchen replacements at Hughes court Lot 2: Planned refurbishment works at multiple sites Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. Works to be completed by 31st March 2016. Contract period is for 12 months should additional works be identified within this timeframe.
