Tender description
Offers are being sought for a five year contract to include the ongoing supply of: • Four machines, two Combined Phaco Vitrectomy and two Phaco machines from the same supplier utilising the same Phaco modules and probes including light source, air and silicone oil injector. • Maintenance of the Machines • 60 Phaco Handpieces (in total) • Phaco and Posterior Vitrectomy Custom Packs and Anterior vitrectomy cutters • Supporting consumables for each procedure i.e. Healon, Visthesia, Balanced salt solution, light sources, extra and intraocular bipolar, for Vitrectomy • Intra Ocular Lenses
