LSBU is seeking a partner to help deliver is Learning and Development Programme in order to ensure that our staff have the skills they need to step up and contribute to the Corporate Strategy and achieve our ambitions. The Programme links strongly to our values and particularly to the value of Excellence. Our focus is to create an environment that attracts and fosters the very best of staff, within which staff feel proud of their University and take appropriate responsibility for its development.
