The objective of this procurement is:- To provide a range of support services to adoptive families across Northern Ireland (including those in the process of assessment and approval) through the use of peer support. and, To work in partnership with the HSCB, Trusts and all other stakeholders to help support adoptive placements for looked after children and so ensure the best outcomes for adopted children.
