Tender description

Lisburn City Council is the Lead Partner in the Lisburn-Castlereagh PEACE III Partnership and is currently seeking to appoint an appropriate organisation to devise and deliver a Shared and Consensual Space Programme across the Lisburn and Castlereagh Council areas. This intervention forms part of the Lisburn-Castlereagh PEACE III Partnership’s Phase II Action Plan, financed under Priority 1.1 ‘Reconciling Communities- Building Positive Relations at the Local Level’, of the EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation in Northern Ireland and the Border Region of Ireland (2007-2013). This assignment forms part of Theme 3 entitled ‘Shared Communities and Spaces’ which aims to build/create shared and consensual spaces (both physical and metaphorical) across the area to which people feel they belong or within which they feel comfortable and non-threatened.
