The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) is a non-departmental public body established by the Housing Executive Act 1971, and is Northern Ireland’s single comprehensive regional housing authority. Further details are available on our website www.nihe.gov.uk NIHE is committed to offering varied and convenient ways for our customers to pay all charges for the services we provide, enabling us to update customer accounts on a daily basis. In addition to payments received directly by NIHE, we currently procure collection services from a number of 3rd party providers. The majority of this service is the provision of a facility for our various customers to pay for services in cash or by cheque at convenient local outlets using a payment card. Some of the service providers also provide facilities for • automated telephone payments • browser based facilities allowing NIHE staff to collect debit/credit card payments • web payments • managed direct debit services Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) wishes to contract for: CUSTOMER PAYMENT SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS COMMENCING 1st APRIL 2011 (With an option, entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive, to extend for 1 further period of 12 months) and invites tender for the following LOTS: Lot 1 Payment Collection Network Web Payment Service Lot 2 Automated Telephone Payment Service Managed Debit/Credit card payment facility Managed Direct Debit Service Lot 3 Payment Card Production NIHE intend to appoint a single provider for each lot. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or more lots.
