Parades Commission Application Management System

Tender description

The Parades Commission have a requirement for an application management system which must meet the following objectives: • Provide a public facing website with improved functionality; • Improve the parade and protest notification process and; • Provide an externally hosted and fully managed and supported IT infrastructure. It is anticipated the contract will commence early August 2013. The new system must be implemented by 31st October 2013. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 1 year each. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. The closing date for return of tenders is 3pm on Monday 8th July 2013. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
