Carrickfergus Borough Council are seeking quotations from suitably experienced companies to provide costs for works including preparation, painting, decoration and other minor works for the improvement of existing shop fronts in Whitehead, County Antrim. The job is generally to include the following: Rubbing down and repainting of existing masonry paint (walls and window sills) Rubbing down and repainting existing painted metalwork (shutter guide rails and metal down pipes, railings and grilles) Rubbing down, filling and repainting existing gloss painted timber (shop front windows and doors Rubbing down and restraining existing stained timber (shop front windows and doors) Additional minor works and repairs
