Tender description

There is a urgent business need to commission (i) due to the Talent Aquistion team needing insight on labour market trends in the areas of East Kilbride and Portsmouth, home to many of our CSG colleagues. One of Jim Harra's key priorties are to lowering CSG call times. East Killbride and Portsmouth however have low attraction rates to CSG job roles. Project (ii) is currently being scoped out and we will have a clearer idea in the next few weeks as to the scope of this project. Project (iii) is related to commissioning Government and Property Agency (GPA) who hold a contract with Leesman Research to run a office and homeworking survey. GPA launch these surveys as a pre and post occupancy for new Government hubs and their surveys include questions on the topics of Office, Home, Wellbeing, Mobility Support (Smarter Working), Inclusive Workplace and Days of the week. The findings of this research will be used to inform HMRCs Smarter Working approach and recommendations to ExCom about how and where HMRCs workforce work. It will also provide valuable insights in to how spaces in our 13 regional centres are being ustilised and which tasks are more suited for different spaces.
