Children’s Semi-Independent Care Support. The London Borough of Havering is looking to identify a provider(s) to manage and deliver 2 semi-independent services for: a) looked after children (under 18) and b) leaving care children and young people (aged over 18). The local authority has identified 2 properties in the borough from which 6 individuals in each property will be supported to achieve independence. The provider(s) will be contracted to provide the service on a 5 year block contract.
