<p>Soft Market Testing Exercise - this is NOT a call for competition</p> <p>Greater Manchester Combined Authority, in partnership with the Centre for Ageing Better and the DWP, are looking to pilot new approaches to supporting over 50s into work across Greater Manchester. The proposed model is the development of a service with a working name of ‘Reach’. This is a service specifically aimed at those aged 50 to state pension age (SPA).</p> <p>Part of the service includes a digital platform which we would like to include:</p> <p> • Information on employment and skills services available within the local area</p> <p>• Local Labour Market Information and guidance on career opportunities</p> <p>• A self-led skills identification tool</p> <p>• CV, cover letter and interview advice</p> <p>• Live job vacancy search</p> <p>• Live skills/ training course search</p> <p>• Ability for users to create an account and save information in their profile (this should not however be mandatory to access the platform)</p> <p>• A range of engaging content which is tailored for the target audience, including case studies, videos, infographics</p> <p>The wider service offer includes optional 1-1 coaching which may be commissioned separately to the digital platform.</p> <p>This SMT is in the form of a Questionnaire which should be completed and returned via The Chest.&nbsp; In order to access the Questionnaire, please express interest in the opportunity.</p> Keywords: careers, Over 50s, web development, employment support, skills
