Tender description

The Authority has a requirement for oven proof plastic containers, film lidding and associated packaging, along with the delivery of the products to the Authority. The equipment used to seal the products provided is also required. The Authority reserves the right to accept all, part or none of the solutions offered. The Authority also reserves the right to not award a contract. In the event of an award not being made, potential providers/bidders will have no right to recompense. The Authority will not be responsible for any fees or charges incurred by any potential provider/bidder involved in the procurement process.
