Tender description
Orthopaedic soft tissue fixation products and associated instruments, including suture anchors (absorbable, non-absorbable and metallic), knee ligament fixation products, meniscal repair products, biceps tenodesis repair screws, arthroscopic resection products, radio-frequency ablation products and arthroscopic fluid management products. The Awarding Authority expects to award to a single supplier in each lot. Suppliers may bid in one or more lots. The attached spreadsheet "Orthopaedic soft tissue repair usage 12-13 v2" show the products purchased in the 2012-2013 financial year and is considered to be illustrative of typical usage. Brand names and details are provided for guidance only; equivalent products will be considered. Potential suppliers that are invited to tender will be required to submit non-sterile product samples free of charge for assessment.
