OPEN ITT- Supply & Maintenance of an Unattended CCTV Enforcement System

Tender description

Parking and enforcement plays a critical part to deliver the London Borough of Hillingdon's Parking Policy by seeking to reduce congestion, increase compliance and reducing dangerous driving therefore it's imperative that an unattended CCTV enforcement system that underpins the London Borough of Hillingdon is reliable, fully operational and where maintenance and support is required that it is responsive to remedy the issues effectively. The London Borough of Hillingdon views bus lane enforcement as an integral part of ensuring high levels of bus priority therefore the Council wishes to contract with a suitable and highly qualified contractor to provide the supply and maintenance service for an unattended enforcement system. The Council requirement is for the installation of 10 bus lane unattended cameras on a Hire or Purchase option therefore the tender will be conducted in 2 (two) Lots; Lot 1 - Hire of 10 bus lane cameras; Lot 2 - Purchase of 10 bus lane cameras, including all ongoing maintenance and support. The London Borough of Hillingdon retains the right to award some, all of none of the Lots described within the 2 (two) Lots) Suppliers must clearly indicate which Lot they wish to tender for. All suppliers must complete the Qualification & Technical Envelopes regardless of the number of Lots you choose to bid for. All suppliers should complete the Commercial Envelope for the Lot(s) they are bidding for.
