In September 2011, Jane McCloskey published an updateon making the processes simpler and more transparent, for further details; (link http://www.bbc.co.uk/commissioning/news/update-on-working-with-bbc-online.shtml). To be considered for the supply of various BBC Online services to the BBC you will need to register on our e-tenders site (hosted by BravoSolution). A link to a video providing help with registering on Bravo can be found under the purple 'Register' button on the BBC login page. Once you have logged into the system, another video is available under 'Getting Started' that will assist you in responding to a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Please ensure that you complete the 'Extended Registration', answering all questions. If you wish to be notified of future BBC opportunities you MUST select the category "Online" from New Media & Content. To do this please follow the steps below. Log on to the portal (if you have not previously registered, please complete this) Select ‘Categories’ under the heading ‘Supplier Registration’ Once in categories, click ‘add category’ and the enter the code 211200 in the ‘category code’ field and then click ‘search’ the relevant code will be highlighted in yellow towards the bottom of the screen Tick the box of the desired category and then click ‘select’ at the top of the screen All opportunities can be found on the system once you have undertaken the registration process. You should then submit a response to the pre-qualification questionnaire relevant to the project/s you are interested in being considered for. This is the first of a two stage process and in order to be invited to submit a full proposal you will need to meet the minimum requirements as advertised.
