Tender description
SIB requires ad-hoc employment legal advice and support on any of the items of business that may arise in an organisation of SIB’s size and scope. These may include advice and support in the following areas: • support to internal disciplinary and grievance bodies; • representation of SIB at external hearings, appeals and tribunals; • NI Law including equality provisions; • employment law matters relating to personnel; • Intellectual property agreements; • Commercial contracts (in particular TUPE matters); • In addition, SIB will expect proactive legal advice and support on HR issues.
