OFMDFM - Provision of Security Services for Former MOD Sites

Tender description

Former Military Sites, St Patricks Ballymena, Lisanelly/St Lucia Omagh and Shackleton Barracks Ballykelly. The above three former military Sites were gifted to the Northern Ireland Executive by the Ministry of Defence under the Hillsborough Agreement. In order to protect the property and to allow controlled access for authorised personnel, The Office of First Minister and deputy First Minister (OFMDFM) requires a competent Contractor to provide uniformed security personnel for guarding across the above properties on a 24/7 basis 365 days a year. The Contractor shall work along with the Client in being proactive in the delivery of the services, responding to the needs, as appropriate.
