OFMDFM EIS - Provision of Media Monitoring and Evaluation Services

Tender description

Executive Information Service (EIS), intends to establish a service-wide contract for the provision of a media monitoring and evaluation service for NICS Departments. The service will consist of providing participating departments with media monitoring output, be it in published form, lifted from on line newspaper websites or on social media sites and making relevant articles available on the corresponding Departments’ area of the service provider’s portal. The contract will also require the service provider to have a platform to allow departments to evaluate the articles on their portal. This competition is divided into three Lots and Tenderers may bid for all or part of the requirement.
