Tender description
The contract is located on the former military barracks of Ebrington, Limavady Road, Londonderry BT47 6HH and is for the provision of final design and construction works to the Grade B listed Building Nr. 80/81. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the adoption, development and completion of the design for the whole of the Works, the co-ordination of their design and issue of the working / production drawings (including As Built information) to provide the complete works.
