Northern Ireland Prison Service Integrated Design Team Framework Agreement

Tender description

Each appointment will be used to primarily provide project management and design team services for multiple minor works projects (up to £750,000). The works will be undertaken using a Contractor appointed from a multi - disciplinary measured term framework agreement. In addition, this design team framework agreement will also provide services to support higher value maintenance activities. Opportunities may also be presented, subject to business case approval, to provide services associated with individual major capital projects in the range 500,000 - 5,000,000 GBP during the period of the framework agreement.
