PQQ for Infrastructure works at the proposed North Foreshore Green Economy Business Park. To be located on the North Foreshore site, Dargan Road, Belfast. References: - eSourcing pqq_3078 - BCC ST1436 The infrastructure works comprises works on a brownfield, former landfill site, to provide the following as Phase 1 of a proposed cleantech environmental resource park; • 1,734 m of internal service roads and slip roads from Dargan Road, street lighting, foot and cycle paths • A new gateway entrance at Dargan Road, • Hard and Soft Landscaping - predominantly earthworks and soft landscaping • Services to include water, sewerage, pumping station, storm drainage, sustainable urban drainage, substation, electrical, telecommunication/ broadband, and gas • Concrete bridge structure to protect leachate barrier • The base stone capping layer for the development sites comprising 30 acres in the phase one environmental resource park. The contract will will be procured using NEC3 forms of contract and will include social considerations.
