Project_2689/ITT_4943 DETI/NITB – Tourism Skills Programmes Managing Agent Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment (DETI) and the Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. The Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) wishes to invite proposals from a suitably experienced service provider for the role of Tourism Skills Programmes Managing Agent. The contract is set to commence on award and remain in force for an initial period of 12 months (with the possibility of extension for 2 periods of 1 year). The Tourism Skills Programmes Managing Agent will work with NITB to drive forward the industry skills agenda, critically in raising customer service standards but also in addressing identified skills gaps, which will link measurable outcomes to strategic priorities for NITB and the tourism industry.
