NITB Giant's Causeway Visitor Experience Survey & Visitor Attitude Survey

Tender description

(i) Giant’s Causeway Visitor Experience Survey 2013 NITB and the National Trust requires a Research Provider to deliver a survey of visitors to the Giant’s Causeway Visitor Experience (GCVE) and site. The study seeks to provide quantitative measures of satisfaction with the visitor experience at the Giant’s Causeway and surrounding areas. The research must include an element of experience benchmarking and will help profile/segment visitors (to allow sub analysis of the survey results by primary consumer segments). (ii) Tourism Visitor and Domestic Holiday Attitude Survey 2013 NITB requires a Service Provider to design, implement and report on a survey of visitors and domestic holidaymakers to inform a range of planning and development processes to assist NITB in delivering a quality visitor experience from the initial stages of the decision making process, through to the experience of the destination. Tenderers may bid for either or both of these surveys.
