Tender description
NITB requires a research provider to undertake a study to understand how best to develop sustainable capacity within the tourism accommodation sector, aligned to consumer need. This requires a quantified assessment of future demand for accommodation aligned to the targets outlined in the Tourism Strategy for Northern Ireland, providing recommendations for additional need at national and regional level. This information is required to assist with the future development of the tourist accommodation base and inform future funding decisions and opinion relating to planning applications. In addition, NITB seeks recommendations regarding the need for and types of Public Sector intervention required to ensure the delivery of future accommodation need.
