The Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) has responsibility for marketing Northern Ireland as a destination in the Northern Ireland (NI) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) markets. A key part of the marketing activity requires the implementation of a series of seasonal (spring, summer and autumn) advertising campaigns in the ROI and NI. The NITB wishes to appointment a service provider to evaluate the impact of these campaigns.
