Tender description

The Northern Ireland Policing Board (NIPB) will initiate a targeted publicity and advertising campaign and develop a range of supporting material to be issued to candidates intending to apply for appointment. Returned applications will be checked for eligibility at this stage. The NIPB will appoint a Recruitment Consultant to assist the councils in selecting and nominating candidates. Candidates will be selected using criteria based short-listing and interview techniques and the names of those candidates deemed suitable will be forwarded to the Policing Board to be considered for appointment.
