NIPB Provision of (1) Events, and (2) AV Support

Tender description

The Northern Ireland Policing Board (the Board) is seeking to appoint a company or contractor to provide (1) Events, Display and Conference Services, and/or (2) Audio and Visual Support Services. The Board organises frequent conferences and seminars for Members of the Board, District Policing Partnerships (DPPs), the public and the media in venues across Northern Ireland. The Board organises up to 15 events per year that require the provision of either (1) display/conference/exhibition services and/or (2) audio and visual support services. This may involve 2 or more events in any given week. Events are usually, although not exclusively, held in the evening (usual start time circa 7pm; usual finish time circa 9pm - although this may vary). These events are usually attended by 50-250 people and are normally half day, full day or two day events. The successful tenderer(s) will have to factor in set-up and de-rig times. The successful tender(s) will work with the Board's Press and Public Relations Office to establish requirements and may need to meet with the Board staff at the specified venue to take direction on what is needed. NB: These are separate contracts and tenders can be submitted for either Provision (1) or Provision (2), or both (1) and (2).
