Tender description

The Northern Ireland Ombudsman’s Office (the Office) is tendering for the provision of public relations (PR), media relations and communication services. The contract is to provide public relations, media relations and communications support to the Office on a call-off basis. The Office is currently going through a period of significant change and as such the successful contractor will be required to support the Office with associated PR and media relations and develop a communication strategy and policies to maximise stakeholder awareness of the changes and the implications of such changes. Additionally the successful contractor will be expected to support the Office in the day to day management of PR, media relations and communication, dealing with press enquires, press releases, awareness of reference materials, raising the profile of the Office, and organisation of press/media and other events.
