Tender description

Provision of an Air Charter Service to the Northern Ireland Office (NIO). The NIO has a requirement for chartering of aircraft. The service is normally required twice per week but on occasions may be required more (or less) frequently. The supplier should be prepared to operate from any airport in the UK and the Republic of Ireland though at present the principal destinations are likely to be Belfast, London, and sometimes Dublin. Given that devolution took place on 12 April 2010 the frequency of demand may diminish, but this is impossible to forecast at present. The supplier must provide aircraft direct and must not act through a broker.
