NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS NILGOSC Templeton House, Refurbishment Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Contractors to be invited to tender for the following project: Refurbishment of 2nd Floor offices, at Templeton House, 411 Holywood Road, Belfast, BT4 2LP Contract Reference: NEC 3 Short Form Project No: NILGOSC-TH-001 Contract period of 3 months is programmed to commence in March 2014. The estimated cost is £200,000 excluding VAT. A random selection process will be used to select 10 contractors, who will be invited to submit a PQQ, based on this, 6 will be selected to tender for the project. Contractors interested in tendering for the above contract should register their interest via letter or email to Harry McConnell, RPP Architects Ltd, 155-157 Donegall Pass, BELFAST BT7 1DT and info@rpparchitects.co.uk, quoting the relevant Project No., and include documentation as detailed below. • Constructionline Registration, • A valid 3rd party certification of their health & safety management system satisfying the requirements of the BuildsafeNI initiative; and • A valid health and safety competence assessment certificate issued by an organisation that is a member of the SSIP Forum.
