Tender description
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive invites tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Materials to its Offices and Direct Labour Organisation premises within Northern Ireland. Delivery addresses are available at www.nihe.gov.uk. The contract duration is for one year commencing 1st April 2010 or as soon as possible thereafter, with the option to extend the contract entirely at the discretion of the NI Housing Executive for 3 further periods, each for 12 months (4 years maximum). The Housing Executive shall award contracts within Lots for each item or basket of items as specified in the tender documentation, on the basis of lowest price meeting the specification of requirements.
