Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive invites tenders for the supply and delivery of building maintenance materials to its Direct Labour Organisation premises within Northern Ireland. The contract duration is for 1 year with the option to extend the contracts, entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive for 3 further periods each for 12 months (4 years maximum) The Housing Executive shall award contracts within lots for each item or basket of items as specified in the tender documentation, on the basis of lowest price meeting the specification of requirements. Tenderers may tender for one, more or all Lots Lot 1 Showering and Bathing Mobility Products Lot 2 General Building Materials Lot 3 Electrical Materials Lot 4 Glass Materials Lot 5 Building Hardware Lot 6 Kitchen Units Lot 7 Paint Products Lot 8 Plumbing Materials Lot 9 Timber Lot 10 Doors Please download all attachments and click 'reply' to view the online questionnaires.
