Tender description

The Project is for the provision of a new Community Fire Station at Omagh for NIFRS. Construction work on this site had previously commenced, but has now stopped due to the main contractor entering administration. Works completed on site to date include the reduction of site levels and partial completion of foundations, substructures and retaining walls. This project involves the construction work required to complete the new Community Fire Station at Omagh. The contract period is set at 10 months with an anticipated on-site commencement date of 2nd April 2013. Due to the unforeseen circumstances pertaining to this project, it has been decided to publish the select list of tenderers for information purposes, viz. - Farrans Construction Ltd - Heron Bros Ltd - John Graham Construction Ltd - Lowry Bros Ltd - Tracey Brothers - Western Building Systems
