Tender description

This project is to convert over 40 Retained Fire Stations from conventional hot and cold water systems to mains pressure. This will include the removal of cold water storage tanks and hot water cylinders and the installation of point of use electric water heaters. The proposal for the associated works within the Retained NIFRS Stations, shall be carried out to assist in reducing legionella and associated maintenance costs and also help to conserve energy. The work shall be undertaken over a 3 year period covering various Stations located throughout the Province.
