TENDER OPPORTUNITY PROJECT 4034 - TENDER OPPORTUNITY FOR NIEA SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF A GCMS TRPLE QUADRUPOLE SYSTEM The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA), invites tenders from competent service providers for the supply, delivery and installation of a GCMS Triple Quadrupole System at their laboratory in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. NIEA will also require training and support services which include the initial minimum one year warranty with an additional optional warranties for years 2, 3, 4 and 5. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate's e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI. Tenderers attention is drawn to point 12 on pages 4 - 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers, which details the requirement for testing samples and a site visit. It is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they allow sufficient time to request the samples and carry out the necessary preparation and work prior to the site visit. Tenderers may arrange a site visit and request samples via the e-messaging system on eSourcingNI. Tenderers are encouraged do so as early as possible after downloading the tender documents. Site visits must take place during the period 24 January 2011 to 28 January 2011. The closing date for receipt of tenders is no later than 3pm Friday 21 January 2011. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
